About Me
My Story
I’m Maria Lios.
I am a founder and a professional in hospitality, events, and marketing who enjoys bringing ideas to life and creating meaningful experiences.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Event Management. My career journey has spanned entrepreneurship, hospitality, events, marketing and business operations, from establishing a catering business in Indonesia to managing winery restaurant and event operations, supporting community and business event, and coordinating charity cycling events, intimate celebrations, and business networking functions in Western Australia.
Although my roles have been diverse, they have always shared a common purpose: bringing people together through thoughtful experiences, genuine hospitality, and meaningful connections.
My Career Philosophy
I view my career as a journey that I intentionally design, selecting opportunities that inspire me and align with my values. Rather than following a conventional path, I believe in building a career centered on my principles, embracing change, and continuously learning along the way.
For me, this means pursuing work that embodies connection, excellence, creativity, and cultural understanding, while also making room for family, personal growth, and project that genuinely inspire me.
