I joined Perth Integrated Events Team in August 2024 as an Event Assistant. Just four months later, in December 2024, I was promoted to Event Coordinator, a role that allowed me to lead projects from concept to execution and further develop my skills in event planning and coordination.
I managed the planning, logistics, and delivery of events that brought together community members, professionals, and partner organisations. From concept to execution, I ensured every detail aligned with the event’s purpose and brand image, whether it was a medium-scale cycling event, a business networking session, or a health awareness program.
My role involved coordinating timelines, vendors, volunteers, and marketing efforts to create seamless, engaging experiences. I worked closely with stakeholders to tailor each event to its audience, always focusing on efficiency, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
As part of promoting and managing these events, I also gained valuable experience in building and maintaining websites, ensuring event information was clear, engaging, and accessible to participants and stakeholders.
Regular professional networking events designed to connect local businesses and healthcare professionals. I managed RSVPs, prepared and designed name tags, created flyers, and developed other promotional tools to ensure the event was well-branded and ran smoothly. I also coordinated catering and session flow, making sure the environment was professional yet welcoming for all attendees and designing table décor for special occasions to enhance the event atmosphere.

This is a major cycling event supporting nine charity foundations — Alzheimer Research, Ladybird Foundation, PBF, Perth Children’s Hospital, Canteen, Perkerville, PCA Help, Epilepsy WA, and Charlies Foundation. I served as Event Village Manager, overseeing on-site operations to ensure smooth event flow and an engaging participant experience.
In addition to on-the-day management, I created all promotional and marketing tool designs, including event flyers, banners, social media graphics, and sponsor materials — ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. I also managed the event website, Race Roster registration platform, and participant detail coordination, making sure all information was accurate, updated, and accessible for both the organising team and attendees.
A community cycling event supporting Alzheimer Research Australia Foundation. My responsibilities included managing the registration desk, preparing BIB numbers, assigning volunteers for medal distribution, pantry kitchen area for food distribution, and providing hospitality for VIP guests such as the Mayor of Kalamunda.
I also handled event photography during speeches and public engagements, as well as designing all promotional tools, including event posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements to ensure consistent branding and effective audience engagement.
