These included introducing our delivery team and sharing their journeys, promoting our safety protocols and hygiene standards, and launching seasonal and special menus — from Independence Day celebrations to Valentine’s specials and Mother’s Day surprises from the kids. Each campaign wasn’t just about sales — it was about building trust, sparking joy, and making every customer feel part of our community.

As my business grew, so did my leadership skills. I took every opportunity to learn — joining online classes, workshops, and industry discussions to sharpen my abilities in operations, project management, and creative leadership.
I also had the privilege of being invited as a guest speaker at a local store in Bandung, Indonesia, where I led a workshop on Personal Image & Service Excellence Workshop. It strengthened my public speaking skills but also deepened my understanding of how leadership and brand identity go hand in hand.
